The 411 on Disability Disclosure: A Workbook for Youth with Disabilities is a resource developed by the U.S. Department of Labor’s (DOL) Office of Disability Employment Policy (ODEP) and the National Collaborative on Workforce and Disability for Youth, this workbook helps youth make informed decisions about whether to disclose their disabilities. It also provides guidance on understanding how these decisions can affect their educational opportunities, employment pursuits, and social relationships.
